My name is Jamie! I am the owner and operator at Capone carpet cleaning. I was born and raised in Bend, currently living in Redmond. (yes, I am a native) I have been cleaning carpets, dryer vents, and tile & grout since 2016 here in Central Oregon, working for another company. Recently I decided to take a BIG chance on myself and take the leap. I bought a van, quit my job, and with help of great friends, Capone’s was created. “Where did you get the name Capone you ask?” I named it after my dog, Capone. He was given to me unexpectedly 6 years ago, and has changed my life, influencing every decision I have made since. I could go on and on about him, but you probably want to know a bit more about my process.

To clean your carpet, I use hot water extraction, also referred to as steam cleaning.
